How long does shipping take?

Orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Standard delivery to US addresses takes 5-10 business days after dispatch. You will receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships. See our Shipping Policy for details.

How much is shipping?

Standard shipping is a flat $4.99 per order. Orders over $49 ship free within the United States.

How do I know an organizer will fit my space?

Every product page lists the real dimensions and capacity we verified for that item. We recommend measuring your shelf, drawer or cabinet before ordering — if it still isn’t right, unused items can be returned within 30 days of delivery.

Can I return an item?

Yes. Unused items in their original condition can be returned within 30 days of delivery for a refund. See our Returns & Refunds policy.

How do I track my order?

When your order ships, we email you a tracking link. If you have not received it within 5 business days of ordering, contact support@ordio.shop.

Is checkout secure?

Yes. Our store runs entirely over HTTPS and payments are processed through PCI-compliant payment providers. We never see or store your full card details.

Do you ship internationally?

At the moment we ship within the United States only.
