By using ordio.shop you agree to these terms. Ordio sells home organization and storage products to customers in the United States. We may update these terms from time to time; the version on this page at the time of your order applies to that order.

Products and pricing

We work hard to describe products accurately, including materials, sizes and care instructions. Minor colour differences can occur due to screens and lighting. Prices are in US dollars and may change without notice; the price at checkout is the price you pay. If a pricing error affects your order, we will contact you before shipping and offer a refund if you prefer.

Orders and payment

An order is an offer to buy. We accept it when we email your shipping confirmation. We may cancel an order before dispatch — for example if an item is out of stock or a pricing error occurred — in which case you will be fully refunded.

Shipping and returns

Shipping is covered by our Shipping Policy and returns by our Returns & Refunds policy, which form part of these terms.

Product safety and use

Follow the dimensions, weight and load limits shown on each product page, and place heavier items on lower shelves. Wall-mounted or over-door storage should be fitted as described in the product instructions, to suitable fixings for your wall or door type.

Liability

Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law. Subject to that, our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws applicable at our principal place of business, without affecting any consumer rights you have under the laws of your US state of residence.
